The solo mixtape series: Violent/Break Vol II is a solo autobiographic, interdisciplinary street dance theatre exploration on violence and transcendence, featuring original compositions by groundbreaking composer/producer Kerwin Young (remixed by Cat Mahari) and interactive media designed by Cat Mahari.

Preceding both days of performance enjoy a FREE community movement class from 6pm-7pm. Stay after the performance for a Q & A, hosted by Cat Mahari, featuring guest instructors.

The solo mixtape series: Violent/Break: Vol II is a performance residency project co-produced by 31st&Brklyn, a platform for performance projects by artists of color. The project is also a M-AAA Innovations Grant 2017 awardee.
